The rooms lack basic hooks for towels and have no space for toiletries in the shower, making it inconvenient for everyday use. Additionally, one bathroom suffered from unpleasant odors and mold due to high humidity, leaving an overall unsatisfactory impression.

i almost gave this place a decent review, but the breakfast was just a pathetic jar of marmalade and some sad bread without any butter! The air conditioning didn't work, and the staff was utterly unhelpful. I was hoping for at least a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience but received nothing. Truly disappointing!

i had a great stay at mio tulum hotel boutique. this was my third trip to tulum, and the location couldn’t be better, right by my favorite food spots! the king studio with sofa bed was comfortable, especially the bed, making my short stay feel rejuvenating.
