The staff were incredibly accommodating, letting us extend our stay without charge. The location on vibrant food streets made exploring Tulum delightful.

The Family Suite offers generous space perfect for families, allowing everyone to spread out after a long day of exploration. The location is within walking distance of vibrant local eateries, making it convenient for dining.
Breakfast options are minimal with just toast and jam, lacking crucial essentials like cutlery or ample toasters, which is disappointing for a hotel experience. The rooms lack basic hooks for towels and have no space for toiletries in the shower, making it inconvenient for everyday use. Additionally, one bathroom suffered from unpleasant odors and mold due to high humidity, leaving an overall unsatisfactory impression.

i almost gave this place a decent review, but the breakfast was just a pathetic jar of marmalade and some sad bread without any butter! The air conditioning didn't work, and the staff was utterly unhelpful. I was hoping for at least a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience but received nothing. Truly disappointing!

Just a fine choice for a rapid stop in Tulum with good value for cost. The room had simple decor, but it felt cozy and relaxed. Bring your own snacks as breakfast is very minimal.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. The staff made our stay enjoyable by being very understanding of our travel changes. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a mini fridge that came in handy.
